Albergue Las Almunias

This singular rural accommodation, made entirely of stone, has been recently rehabilitated to function as a lodge for those people looking for a comfortable and pleasant place in which to spend a few days.

The construction dates back to 1996, when it was built following all the traditional characteristics of the area. In addition, it has interior facilities adapted to modern times, so that it is a perfect accommodation for all types of guests.

It is located in the town of Las Almunias de Rodellar, a small town in the province of Huesca in which only 15 people live, so it offers tranquility and friendliness in every corner.

The nature area is perfect for those who enjoy adventure activities, such as descent some of the most emblematic ravines of the place.

It is even possible to hire a qualified guide service for this activity, who will offer all their experience, material and necessary information about the area.

• The building has 3 floors in which 6 rooms of different sizes are distributed, which can accommodate a total of 32 people.
   
• It has 2 double rooms with single beds that can be put together.

• 2 4-seater rooms with two bunk beds or a bunk bed and 2 beds.

• And 2 rooms for 6 people with 3 bunk beds.

• Each room also has its own private bathroom.
   
• The accommodation also has a living room for common use by all guests and at their disposal, with a microwave, refrigerator and sink, cooking is NOT allowed, there are no fires. All rooms have heating and internet connection.

We also have apartments, for 4 to 6 people, fully equipped.

An additional breakfast and picnic service is offered for those who request it. They can also enjoy the local cuisine in the restaurant across the street and in Rodellar.

Taxis service with 9+9 seats, to pick up/transfer clients and/or luggage. Walk without weight, we will take your backpacks to your next accommodation.

Among the possibilities that exist in the surroundings, the following stand out: canyoning, climbing, hiking, via ferrata, bicycle routes, flora and fauna observation routes, or visits to interpretation centers.

This is possible thanks to natural places such as the Mascún Ravine, the Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park, Salto de Bierge, Oscuros de Balced, Gorgas Negras, Peonera, Oscuros de Balced or Cueva Cabrito.

It is also recommended to visit the small village of Las Almunias de Rodellar, and other nearby towns such as Rodellar, Pedruel, Alquézar, Bierge...
