- A bathroom. It is small but independent with stone walls and original blue design. It has a modern shower tray, WC and a sink with mirror.
- Kitchen. It is separated from the living room by a bar with high stools. It is fully equipped with washing machine (in another space outside the house) , microwave, small refrigerator and household items. Perfect for holiday cooking.
- Room. Sharing space with the bedroom, it has a flat screen television with AppleTV only.. It is placed on a piece of furniture with some books for entertainment.
