It is located in the municipality of El Escorial, in Colonia España, although by distance, our apartment for two people, is closer to the town of Collado Villalba.
It is located on a large plot, part of which is landscaped and which, during the summer, includes a wonderful removable pool for taking a dip.
In addition, you can prepare a barbecue and sit down to eat on the terrace, in front of the apartment entrance.
Inside, we find a practically open-plan room, where we distinguish these environments:
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.

- The living room, with a comfortable sofa, flat television and air conditioning for the hottest nights. This area becomes the rest space by simply unfolding the bed that hides the sofa.
- The dining room, with a table with a pair of chairs, is located under the window, so you can contemplate the landscape at mealtime.
- The kitchen is open, and although modest in size, it is perfectly equipped with the essential appliances, kitchenware and utensils for cooking during your stay.
- The bathroom is the only separate room, and has a glass shower cabin in which you can wash yourself daily.
