This ancient 17th century building in Constantina (Seville) was recovered and restored, winning a Europa Nostra Award 2008, and currently offers perfectly furnished apartments for guests who want to get to know the area and enjoy its attractions..

The building is located in a property of 70,000 square meters, and is certified with the Natural Brand quality standard of the Andalusian park. It has 5 apartments between 60 and 150 square meters, to accommodate a total of 24 people maximum. In addition, if you travel with children under 3 years of age, their stay is free in addition to having a equipment of cots and chairs.

We have the Agua apartment, 60 square meters with a maximum occupancy of 2 people: one with a double bed and an additional €25/bed/night, the other with a bunk bed for 2 people

Light is a large apartment (120 square meters) on 2 floors. In the upper one there is the main bedroom , with its own bathroom, and in the lower one, in addition to another bathroom, we have one more bedroom; both are equipped with double beds, for a total of 4 guests.

In Sol until 4 people can find perfect accommodation, divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, each with a bathroom. Here you can add 1 extra bed.

The largest apartment is the Estrella, with 120 square meters and capacity for 6 people in its 3 bedrooms with a double bed each with its own bathroom. Here we can add an extra bed.

Finally, we have the Luna apartment, for a maximum of 6 guests, in 3 double beds spread over 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of them on a raised mezzanine with an additional bed.

Although they differ in size and guest capacity, the apartments have similar rooms apart from the sleeping areas. All of them have a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, in which the tenants can gather and lie on the sofas and armchairs, eat at the dining table, watch the television, or try the music system with MP3 ; there is also wifi connection in all the apartments.

The kitchens of the 5 apartments have enviable equipment, equipped as they are with oven and microwave, in addition to the refrigerator, to cook to your heart's content without missing anything; there is also a dishwasher in the LUZ and ESTRELLA apartments, and a washing machine (pay per use), really useful appliances for stays longer than one or 2 nights, to save time washing dishes and to keep clothes clean, without having to bring too much from home in the suitcase.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray, and their number favors that there are no problems for their use by all guests. In all the houses heating is enjoyed.
