Description of Finca Las Laderas
Our rural house is located in Teguise, Lanzarote, right in the stunning Risco de Famara, very close to the beach. It is isolated, away from the city center to ensure complete rest for our guests.
It is an estate of 30,000 square meters, with 5 apartments for you to choose from. In the complex there is a total capacity for 19 people, distributed in the different houses. There is also the possibility of including extra beds and cots.
Although they are constructions 300 years ago, all accommodations are restored. Even so, our houses still preserve the style and ambience of the old stables. They have a Canarian feel, with whitewashed stone facades and blue details, contrasting with the arid landscape typical of the islands. The gardens are in keeping with the typical vegetation of the area, cactus and tropical plants.
The patio is very extensive and with beautiful sea views and the cliffs. It is equipped with terrace and barbecue area. However, the best is the pools, una for adults and one for the little ones. There you can relax and enjoy the good Canarian climate, with friends or with the family. If you feel like more coming in winter, all houses have heating.
We offer internet access throughout the complex, with Wi-Fi. If you prefer to connect with nature, you can go away by taking a ride on the bikes that we put at your disposal.
We admit, so you can go on vacation with the whole family. In addition, the environment and the privileged location of our accommodation will allow you to give pleasant walks in the event that you have a dog.
For the free time you spend in the houses or common spaces, there is a great variety of games and music equipment.

The environment belongs to the area called El Jable, of volcanic origin. Very close to the house, it is on the Risco de Famara, a beautiful semi-arid mountain on the edge of the sea. The XX beach of Famara is also a short distance away: idyllic and desert-like due to its ground floors and the surrounding cliffs. In addition, she is known for her suitability to practice surf.
The climate of this territory is warm, just like in the whole archipelago. However, due to its trade winds, the temperatures are milder than in the rest of Lanzarote.
