El Patio y la Casita de Cercedilla

The accommodation is located at Cercedilla, Madrid, and consists of 2 independent cottages and furnished completely. They are single-storey houses, simple but with all the elements that we need to guarantee the rest of the guests.

Houses:

• The biggest one is for a maximum of 5 people, ideal for families.
• The smallest is ideal for couples.

Both houses are located on a private street isolated from traffic.

The largest house is distributed in 2 double rooms: one with 2 single beds and the other with double bed. They are warm and comfortable spaces, the beds are equipped and have bedside tables and cupboards.

In the living room you will find a sofa bed for one person and armchairs. To one side is the dining room next to the window. We have board games available; like a XX television with SXX DVD and a collection of more than 60 movies. XX
The kitchen is complete, we also offer all the utensils and utensils we need to feel at home.

The bathroom has all the elements and we offer towels for each guest.

In the outdoor area you find a furnished garden with barbecue.

The smallest house has a spacious and comfortable double room. In the room we found a dresser and a wardrobe.

In the living room we have sofa and armchair in front of the flat screen TV and DVD. In the living room you will find a wood fireplace ; It is a warm space to spend the winters.

To one side is the dining room with a wooden table and chairs.

The kitchen is American type and has all the appliances, utensils and utensils.

Both houses enjoy central heating.

The accommodation is located at Cercedilla, a town to the northeast of Madrid, which belongs to the Sierra de Guadarrama. It is 57 kilometers from the center of Madrid. In the center of the town is the Church of San Sebastian and the Hermitage of Santa María.

It is a mountain village, it is located at an altitude of 1214 meters above sea level. Everything that surrounds Cercedilla is mountain, there are the Seven Peaks, La Peñota or the Ball of the World. All perfect places for mountaineering.

They are mountains that are filled with snow in winter and the practice of winter sports is very popular.

Access to Cercedilla is simple, there is a train line that leaves from Madrid and leaves in the center.
