El Ancla has excellent views towards Las Agujas Grandes and easy access along the coastal path to several beautiful small beaches.
It's spacious, clean, with plenty of hot water, and overall well-equipped. Spaniards drink a lot of coffee, so we were very surprised that there was no coffee maker or filter. We went and bought an espresso maker from the hardware store! We thought that overall the property and furnishings were tired, with obvious signs of wear.
Arrival was very impersonal, with no information about the property or the surrounding area. We receive no information from the owner or his management company other than a key box number. No one met us at the property or attempted to contact us during our three week stay.
We are from the UK, but we could have spoken perfectly well to them in Spanish if they had contacted us.
