- 2 bedrooms, one double size with a double bed, a large wardrobe and several dressers where its occupants can store and store the belongings they bring with them during their stay. In this room there are a pair of windows whose facades are focused on the outside, which can provide a certain amount of natural light. The other bedroom is smaller and has a single bed of trundle format from which a structure is extracted to expand it to a double with a pair of independent mattresses that would be stacked in the original layout.
- The room is a spacious space flooded with natural light, since one of its walls opens to the outside in large windows, next to which there is a coffee table and a comfortable sofa with several seats from which we can contemplate comfortably the television that rests on the furniture that is right in front, on the other side of the room. On the way to the entrance we find a good size table that with the right seats could become a dining room for up to 6 people.
- The kitchen, designed in clean and modern lines, has a block of furniture arranged in an "L" shape, which includes all the appliances that make up the complete equipment that the inhabitants of the house may need, as well as plenty of storage space between drawers and cupboards where the wide selection of kitchenware available is kept.
- The bathroom, which is complete, in addition to having basic sanitary toilets such as a bidet, sink or toilet, has a large bathtub and a hydromassage shower column.
- Going outside we come across a modest terrace equipped with furniture and from which we have partial views of the coast.
