Description of Cortijo El Pinar
Our rural house is located in the province of Córdoba, just outside of Montilla.
In total, divided among its 3 apartments, has a capacity for 20 people.
The house is a traditional Andalusian farm. It was renovated to turn it into rural accommodation, but maintains its original construction, both inside and outside. It has the typical whitewashed facade, so representative of the architecture of Andalusia. The buildings are distributed around a inner courtyard and located in a large plot with olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees.
Although the accommodation consists of separate and independent apartments, in our rural house there are several common spaces with different functions and possibilities.
First, the bodega camper, which you can access from the central patio. It is a very nice room, it has a large stone arch and is decorated with rustic decorations. In this stay there are several zones:
Another common area is the events room, which follows the objective of facilitating meetings and events such as conferences or congresses. It maintains the wine style in the decoration, with more wooden barrels. In addition, there are several tables and chairs for the use of the guests.
Our guests can try the wine that we produce on our plot.
The patio central distills that typical Andalusian character, with a multitude of pots and flowers and an entrance porch. The plot is very spacious and has plenty of room to park. In addition, there is a pool where all customers can disconnect and have fun.
If you are looking for a place to celebrate your wedding or to organize some kind of event, our house is the perfect place. Our 3 rooms add a capacity for 122 people and have a suitable distribution for this type of celebrations. In case of need, you can also enable the patio for the banquet or the meeting. In addition, then the guests can stay in the apartments.

Our house is located on the outskirts of Montilla, Córdoba. is located, surrounded by nature so you can disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. However, is very close to the center of town so you can also use your shops and have the comforts of a city.
The municipality is located in the countryside of Cordoba. The climate, like in all Andalusia, is warm, but here you also notice characteristics of the continental climate. For this reason and for its orography, it is an ideal place for the vineyard crop. It is precisely this, the wine, the central element of the area. If you want to taste it, there is the well known route of Montilla-Moriles.
But our house is also perfectly located to visit the autonomous community. You can visit the towns in the area, such as Lucena or Baena, or go to the provincial capitals, since Córdoba is only 50 kilometers away.
