- The architecture is the protagonist of the lounge, where the stone is seen between the walls and the columns hold the high roofs. Contributing a touch of color, the upper part of the wall is painted in reddish shades, creating a harmonious set with the sofas and furniture.
- The cuisine mixes the modernity of the tiles, in blue and white tones, with the tradition of brick and wood, present in the old chimney that presides over the room and in the furniture.
- From the ground floor you can access the garden, a wide area with grass surrounded by a high wall with vines. In it there are barbecue and garden tables to relax and enjoy.

- American kitchen. The furniture of the kitchen is located in one of the corners of the living room, with granite countertops where you can cook. Among the appliances, there is a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, and microwave.
- Bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin; everything you need to clean with comfort.
