- 1 Bedroom: with 1 large double bed to rest within this bright space. Combine wood and white, to offer a calm environment. It has various storage items and outlets near for added comfort, as well as a walk-in closet.
- 1 Private bathroom: with its own style and shower. Its original design is full of details, with key items such as a hair dryer. Looking for your comfort, we provide you with a towel and toilet paper set.
- 1 Kitchen: with views to the outside, which includes a wooden dining room. For breakfast you have accessories such as the toaster, and larger appliances, as well as crockery. Best of all is its great natural lighting.
- 1 Living room: facing the exterior access. Composed of a comfortable sofa bed in brown leather, ideal for relaxing indoors.
- Terrace on three levels: is divided into a chill out area with cushions and a furnished outdoor dining room with some chairs to enjoy al fresco. From here you will have a privileged position to enjoy the sun of Lanzarote and its natural landscape.

We fell in love with the island during our honeymoon 13 years ago. We missed the charm and magic of Lanzarote so much that we moved here with our two children in January 2022. Sébastien, a carpenter by trade, renovated the studio, and I, Céline, decorated it. We were greatly inspired by the avant-garde work of Manrique, the emblematic artist from Lanzarote.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
The studio is very pleasant to rest. The terrace has three exterior levels to enjoy the sun from morning to night. You can eat outside too. We provide free of charge 2 complete snorkel kits with fins and 2 bodyboards.
What to do in its surroundings?
Nazareth is known for its tranquility. The location is strategic and central to visit the entire island. Just 2 minutes by car from Teguise, the historic capital of the island, where you can walk in its maze of pedestrian streets, have a "café leche leche" on a terrace, try tapas or simply explore the pretty shops.
We are 15 minutes from the beaches of Costa Teguise or Famara and 20 minutes from the Geria vineyards or the Haria palm grove!
