If you are looking for an apartment in a touristy and lively area of the island of Tenerife, we present this one that is located in the town of San Andrés.
The apartment retains a certain rural touch that can be seen in the wooden finishes of many of its furniture, and in the views of scattered houses and mountains that the landscape in the background offers from its terrace.

The Playa de las Teresitas is a few minutes walk away. It involves between 2 and 3 kilometers of walk that can be done on foot calmly.

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. They are relatively spacious rooms, with some wooden furniture for storing clothes. The rooms have heating.
- A bedroom with a single bed. It is a more intimate room, but spacious in proportion to the others. It has a desk-unit with a wardrobe included and a small window that illuminates the room with natural light.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds. It is the smallest room available. The beds are separated by a nightstand. There is also a folding chair and a small wardrobe.
- 2 bathrooms. Both are equipped with a shower tray. In the largest you can find two sinks, toilet and bidet. The washing machine is also installed in the large toilet.
- Living-dining room. It is the common room of the house. Through this you can access the small terrace exterior that has some furniture. Inside there is a large white sofa in front of the television stand, as well as a large wooden cupboard.
- Kitchen. It stands out for its wooden cabinets and its granite countertop. It is fully equipped to cook delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Some of the appliances it has are a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker .
