Casa Delme

Our house is located in Fórneles, a small town of barely a hundred inhabitants located in the northwest of the province of Teruel.

The town is part of the Matarraña region, located about 170 km from the city of Teruel.

The origin of the house dates back to the 16th century. Built entirely with thick stone walls, it maintains a good part of its structure from the past, in addition to all the charm and tradition.

Converted into rural accommodation and adapted to today's life, its interior is divided into 4 apartments, each of them with independent access.

Each apartment consists of equipment for 4 people, with the following rooms inside:

• Living room-dining room, a space for relaxation and entertainment where you can enjoy movie afternoons on rainy days, or reading time with your bedside book.

• Kitchen, provided with items for daily cooking, such as pans, and complete tableware for banquets. Among the appliances, there is no shortage of the microwave or the washing machine, so you can return home with everything clean.

• 2 Bedrooms, distributed as follows: one is double and with its own bathroom, while the second has 2 single beds. They are decorated with sophistication and elegance, generating a warm atmosphere that invites you to relax.

• Full bathroom, where you will find the basic equipment for daily hygiene and cleanliness.

In addition to enjoying the privacy of your accommodation, in the common areas you can exchange your experiences with other users. For this we have:

• Living room with fireplace. It is decorated with soft colors that highlight the beauty of the architecture. The fireplace is the undisputed protagonist of the room, with the sofa and armchairs placed around it. In the living room you will find board games with which to spend moments of fun.

• Attic. The common terrace is located in the attic of the building, from which you can enjoy a bird's eye view of the town and its surroundings.

The town of Fórneles is one of those picturesque towns where you can still breathe the charm of the past. Among itsplaces of interest, you can visit:

• The Church of Santa María la Mayor, located next to the apartment building. In it, the bell tower stands out, standing out from the rest of the town's buildings.

• The Town Hall, a civil construction with typical elements of traditional architecture, such as semicircular arches. 

• The remains of the Fórneles Castle, a building that protected the town in the past. It is protected under the figure of Asset of Cultural Interest.

If you want to spend a day getting to know nature, among the closest landscapes is the Parque Natural dels Ports, whose surface area exceeds 35,000 hectares.
