Waking up to the sound of the sea, feeling the salty breeze coming through the window and watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean... This is how the days begin in our apartment located in Calpe, a place created to enjoy, disconnect and experience the sea from close, very close.

Located in front of Arenal-Bol beach, one of the most emblematic beaches in Calpe, this 89 m² apartment is a small refuge with a Mediterranean soul, full of light, comfort and charm.

Everything in it is designed to make you feel at home, but with that gift that only the sea can give: peace.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children, and is distributed in a warm and functional way:

• The living-dining room, spacious and cozy, opens onto the terrace. Here, the days slide between naps in the sun, family laughter and dinners looking at the sea. A comfortable sofa, a plasma television and a round wooden table invite you to share simple and happy moments.

• The kitchen, fully equipped, combines modernity and practicality. Everything is ready to make cooking a pleasure, whether it's a leisurely breakfast or a summer-flavored dinner.

• The 3 bedrooms are a tribute to rest: 2 of them with double beds, dressed in soft home linen and cozy details. The third, designed for the little ones, with a double bunk bed, a crib and an environment full of tenderness and color, where children dream of the sound of the waves.

• The 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, offer everything you need to pamper yourself after a day at the beach.

• The terrace, spacious and bright, is undoubtedly the heart of the apartment. From there, the Mediterranean becomes a living painting: the reflections of the water, the Peñón de Ifach in the background, the seagulls crossing the sky...

It has an outdoor dining area and chairs to let yourself be carried away by the sway of the sea, a glass of wine or a coffee while laughing.

The location is perfect: leaving home, just a few steps separate you from the fine sand, the walks by the sea, the ice cream parlors and the restaurants where you can savor authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

• La Fossa Beach – spacious, family-friendly, with direct views of the Rock.

• Cala del Racó – perfect for snorkeling under the Rock.

• Cala Calalga, Cala del Mallorquí and Cala del Morelló – small, photogenic and with clear waters.

• Prince of Asturias Ecological Walk – wooden path along the sea.

• Salinas de Calpe – sunset walk with flamingos.

Queen's Baths (let's not forget!): a walk from the apartment you will find this Roman site next to the sea, with pools carved into the rock and remains of an ancient salting factory. At dawn it is magical: the water is like a mirror and snorkeling is a delight.

Less than 10 minutes walk away you also have the Casco Antiguo, with cobblestone streets and colorful murals; and, by car, ideal getaways to Moraira, Altea, Jávea, Benissa or Fuentes del Algar.
