This apartment is located in the highest part of a building, so its structure follows the shape of an attic. It is designed for a couple and extends along a single floor.

Something that characterizes it is that, being on the upper floor, it has a terrace-balcony that can be accessed from the living room. It is a private terrace, so privacy in this open space is guaranteed. So that on clear nights you can observe the stars we leave you a telescope.

Inside the house you will find these rooms:

• A double room with a bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m. A curious detail of the bedroom is that if you draw the curtains at the headboard you can have a complete view of the living room. In the room there is a flat screen television and armchairs and tables.

• A complete bathroom. In addition to having a hydromassage shower tray, it also has a jacuzzi for 2 people in one space. The functions of the jacuzzi are chromotherapy, reflexology and bubble position. Hair dryer is included.

• An open area that jointly houses the living room, dining room and kitchen.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa. In front of this are the television and the electric fireplace. It has direct access to the terrace, and it is thanks to it that it is one of the brightest rooms in the house.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and other smaller electronic devices. In front of it is the dining table, at which you can seat 4 people maximum. It has two types of coffee makers: the usual Italian one and the Nespresso capsule one.
