- A kitchen equipped con all the appliances necessary to facilitate the day to day to the tenants. It is composed of a wooden countertop en where it opens hollow la vitroceramic, corner of the ideal accommodation to make delicious homemade dishes. Household goods, crockery and cutlery are stored on a shelf under the counter.
- The dining room is located just a couple of steps from the kitchen and is made up of a wooden table with several a chairs around it, so that all the diners find their place at the table. Its proximity to the kitchen allows to have the utensils of the same within reach and that the displacements are shorter.
- The living room has a sofa located under the wooden stairs and placed in front of the television, perfect audiovisual alternative for those moments of relaxation.
- 3 double bedrooms, one of them located on the first floor of the apartment while the remaining 2 are arranged on the second floor. They are spacious rooms with white walls on which there are some simple pictures hung. They have both double beds and single beds, adapting to the preferences of the tenants at bedtime. In addition, they have a complete furniture that combines with the ceilings in wood.
- A bathroom complete and a toilet put the finishing touch to this apartment. Both bathrooms offer a complete equipment that makes available to the tenants basic body care products and towels.
