Apartamento La Antojana - Ca Xuacu

This rural apartment is located on the ground floor of a building located in Valdés, a district of the municipality of Luarca, in the province of Asturias. It is an accommodation built in natural stone built in the 18th century and is part of a rural apartment complex located in the same space. 

The apartment has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 3 people, being the ideal place to go as a couple and enjoy a few days of peace and tranquility, being able to even take a child and share activities at sea with him or visit the most beautiful towns in the area. 

The accommodation is made up of the following rooms:

• AAmerican style kitchen that is composed of awooden bar that acts as a dining table. It has a wooden countertop in which the ceramic hob is made, a place where tenants can prepare delicious homemade dishes. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances to make everyday life easier for guests. In addition, household items, crockery and cutlery are included. 

• The dining room, as mentioned before, is part of the kitchen and due to the height of the wooden bar, the seats are high stools. A corner that is located halfway between the living room and the kitchen, which generates comfort when traveling due to the short distances. 

• The living room is one of the most welcoming rooms in the house and is made up of a sofa bed located in front of a large wooden piece of furniture and the television, a perfect audiovisual alternative for moments of relaxation. Stone walls that mix with white painted parts on which some paintings are hung. 

• A double bedroom composed of a comfortable double bed that is accompanied on each side by a wooden nightstand that combines perfectly with the headboard of the bed, made of the same material. Walls painted in white and red that give spaciousness to the room due to the good lighting in the room. 

• A rustic bathroom consisting of a shower and that makes basic body care products and towels available to tenants, so that they don't have to worry about anything. 

On the exterior there is alarge garden that borders the building and in which paved parts are mixed in which some tables and chairs are arranged as a terrace.
