This rural apartment builds its walls in the Principality of Asturias, specifically in the district of Valdés, a few kilometers from the municipality of Luarca. It is located on the first floor of a building that houses 3 more accommodations that have similar characteristics, only varying in their occupancy capacity. 

This apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people, making it the ideal place to go with a group of friends or with the whole family who, lovers of the sea and nature, want to spend a few different days in one of the most beautiful places in the northern part of our country. 

The accommodation is made up of the following rooms:

• A large kitchen that makes the necessary appliances available to tenants to make their daily lives easier. It has a wooden countertop in which the ceramic hob is placedin which guests can prepare delicious homemade dishes. Under the counter there are a couple of shelves on which the household items, crockery and cutlery are placed. 

• Just a couple of steps from the kitchen, the dining room table opens its way, made of wood and accompanied by several chairs so that all diners can find their place and can enjoy a lunch or dinner in good company. In addition, its proximity to the kitchen allows you to have all the kitchen utensils within reach. 

• The living room is one of the most welcoming rooms in the house and is composed of a sofa located in front of the flat television, hanging on the wall and which is, without a doubt, an entertainment alternative for those moments of rest and comfort. 

• 4 double bedrooms that have both double beds and single beds inside, adapting to the preferences of the tenants when it comes to sleeping. In addition, there is the possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds. They are spacious rooms that base their decoration on stone and wood, which forms the majority of their furniture, arranged on the parquet and under the beams that make up the wooden ceilings. 

• 2 bathrooms, each on one of the floors that make up this duplex. The accommodation makes body care products, towels and a hair dryer available to the tenants.

On the exterior of the building there is a large garden that borders it and in which the little ones in the house can run freely without risk of loss.

It is a place that has a privileged location because it is just a few kilometers from the most representative places in the Principality of Asturias. 

Valdés is known for its art and despite having few inhabitants, during the summer season its population grows due to its proximity to the coast and Luarca, a municipality that has different places of interest among which stand out its seaport, the promenade that leads to the boat area, the lighthouse and the Palace of the Marquis of Ferrera. 

A few kilometers away is the city of Oviedo, capital of the Principality of Asturias and one of the most beautiful places in northern Spain. Among its heritage the Cathedral of San Salvador of Oviedo stands out, the Monastery of San Pelayo, the church of Santa María del Naranco and its Town Hall, among others.
