This beautiful private apartment/holiday home is located in the fishing village of Agaete (Gran Canaria). It is a peaceful municipality of the calmest, which enjoys beaches and crystal clear natural pools.
The accommodation is very tidy and clean , providing a pleasant stay within walking distance of the beach.

The apartment has a small private patio with artificial grass floor. It is the ideal place to sunbathe on the loungers or enjoy the terrace without the noise of other people nearby.

- One bedroom with a double bed. It is a simple room. The headboard of the bed is made with wrought iron rods. The furniture is made of wood: the wardrobe and the bedside tables, which have reading lamps on top.
- A bathroom. It is a complete toilet with a modern look. At the bottom of the whole is the shower tray, with a glass partition and tiled walls. There is also a WC and sink.
- Study room. It is located next to the bedroom. It is a small room where there is tranquility, and it has a desk and a wardrobe extra.
- Living-dining room. It is the main room of the apartment. In it there is a large blue sofa-bed and a coffee table made of wood and glass. There is a small folding desk next to the flat screen television. The dining table separates the living room from the kitchen area.
- Kitchen. It is American type, completely open. It is equipped with some appliances to be able to make different dishes, such as a portable induction plate and a microwave.
