Rural apartment located in the south of Ávila, in the town of El Tiemblo, in a unique and spectacular environment such as the one that forms the largest chestnut forest in Europe. In the heart of the old town, it is a perfect corner for those who seek tranquility and rest during their vacation.
It is located in a newly built building that has been renovated in 2010 and in which a rustic style has been sought so as not to distance itself from the identity of the town and its surroundings, at the same time that it combines it with convenience and comfort. Thick walls and wood in the form of beams draw a magnificent building adapted to rural tourism.
These facilities are adapted from 2 to a maximum of 9 people. The bedrooms of which the house consists are 2, one of which has a double bed, while the other has 2 singles.
The living room has 2 sofa beds and an single extra bed thanks to its spaciousness, in which there is also SMART TV, fiber internet and air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has appliances such as a washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, coffee maker, and also has the essential kitchenware and kitchenware. Table linen, cutlery and glassware are also included.
The bathroom is special, because we have installed a hydromassage cabin in it. Towels are included.

This land offers a wide range of activities such as walking or cycling the different routes offered by El Castañar, while observing a unique vegetation made up not only of chestnut trees, but also oaks and pines.
The bed of the Alberche river forms, as it passes through the lands of Avila, several ponds or natural pools in which to bathe, and also the oldest reservoir on the peninsula in which many water sports can be practiced.
