El Unicornio

We present you this accommodation located on the outskirts of the Avila town of Sotillo de la Adrada, surrounded by a quiet and peaceful forest, making disconnect the moment you arrive.

It is a rural house, with stone foundations and its facade clad in wood, having a capacity to accommodate a total of seven people.

Their rooms are made up of a single floor, and are as follows:

• The living room

A comfortable space, where to highlight the warmth of the wood paneling on its walls, and composed of several sofas, one of them convertible into a bed, around the wood fireplace and the big screen of television.

Within this space, you will also find a reading corner, which can be used as a resting place with a extra bed for children.

• The dining room

It is an original space that combines wood with colorful elements, such as lamps, and that, located in front of a huge window with overlooking the forest, there is a wide dining table along with its chairs.

• The kitchen

A colorful and modern space perfectly equipped with appliances, as well as a variety of kitchenware and utensils so that you can cook comfortably.

• The bedrooms

The house has two rooms: one double with double bed, and the other, also double with a pair of beds, to which can add an extra bed for children.

• Bathrooms

You will have a total of two full bathrooms, one of which is with a shower and the other with an original stone-clad bathtub, where you can take a relaxing hot bath, leaving you feeling like new after a day of sightseeing.
The accommodation has several services, including WiFi connection to the internet and, in addition, heating and air conditioning, so you can regulate the temperature to your liking.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire accommodation.

Animals are not allowed.

We are located in the Valle del Tiétar, specifically in the town of Sotillo de la Adrada, very close to the border between the provinces of Ávila and Madrid.

One of the places to visit within this area is the neighboring municipality of La Adrada, where its castle stands out especially, with an outer wall, and dating between XIV and XV centuries.

In addition, since we are located in the vicinity of the Sierra de Gredos, you can enjoy both the field, and the mountain, doing various activities in the middle of nature.
