This huge residential complex in Arroyo Frío (Jaén) will make you feel as if you live at the same time in an urbanization with friendly neighbors, and in the forest surrounded by nature.
It has 25 bungalows, which in total can accommodate 75 people. The cabins can be:
2 bedroom bungalow.
Bungalow (3 people).
Bungalow (2 people).
The residential complex also has excellent facilities. Among them there is a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children, as well as areas for sunbathing, and restaurant with bar where lunch, dinner and breakfast are served.

- It is a wooden cabin with a charming porch at the entrance, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. As soon as we enter we find a living room with a small sofa and two grayish armchairs, as well as a rustic wooden table. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a small built-in wardrobe in which to store your clothes.
- There is a small kitchen that has the essentials to be able to make simple dishes, such as microwave, 2 glass ceramic burners and a sink. There is also a small white fridge under the counter.
- The cabins have a private bathroom, in which there is a shower in a corner with transparent glass sliding screens with translucent lines. There is also a toilet and a sink with a white bathroom cabinet. Above is a square mirror. On one of the walls there is a towel rack made of wooden boards.
Bungalow (3 people).
- It can accommodate 3 people, who will sleep in a double bed and a sofa bed. At the entrance is the small living room with the sofa and a couple of armchairs, as well as a table with a bowl with pineapples that gives it a homey touch. In the bedroom there is a double bed attached to one of the windows. There is also a wooden wardrobe.
- In the private bathroom there is a window to let the steam escape from the shower, which is located in a corner behind transparent screens. The sink is on a bathroom cabinet with a white two-door cabinet. There is also a wooden toilet and towel rack.
- There is a small room with a kitchen . In this one there are toaster and microwave installed on a wall, as well as a small refrigerator. Above the wooden countertop there is a metal sink and a 2-ring ceramic hob.

- It is for 2 people and has a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance of the cabin has a small wooden porch, and as soon as you enter there is a living room with various furniture, including a sofa and two individual gray-brown armchairs.
- In the kitchen of the cabin there is a small fridge under the counter. Above it is a ceramic hob with a duo of burners and the sink. All cabinets and drawers are made of wood. There is also a toaster and microwave on the wall.
- There is a private toilet with the same wooden walls and floor. It has a ceramic toilet and sink. Under the latter there is a bathroom cabinet with two white doors. A wooden plank shelf is installed on one of the walls, which acts as a towel rack. There is also a shower with sliding screens.
