This accommodation is divided into 2 floors and is located in an area surrounded by countryside and nature, in the village of Aia. The 14 people, for those who have capacity, you can accommodate in your 6 room s. It also has a living-dining room r with fireplace and American kitchen and 2 terraces.

The dining room has 2 armchairs for 2 people and a sofa placed around a small table. Opposite is the fireplace fireplace. The trunks can be stacked next to it, because there is a hole to store them.
It is a very spacious room, decorated with furniture. One of them is a dark wardrobe very ornate with reliefs. Another is a more classic piece of furniture, with doors, shelf and showcases.

In this part, behind one of the armchairs is the television, hanging on the wall, and with a music chain below, located on top of a piece of furniture, to be able to relax listening to great melodies while enjoying sitting, in front of the heat and fire of the fireplace.

In the dining area there is an elongated wooden table with capacity for 6 diners. The door to the terrace is next to the table, so there is plenty of light and you can also feel the breeze of the place while you eat.

The kitchen is also next to the dining room, divided by a counter, leaving a kitchen type American, which brings modernity to the house and also makes it practical, because you will not have to walk long distances to put the table, remove it, serve, etc. Although it is open, it is located away from the room and in a corner. It is fully equipped with the necessary, in addition to toaster and other utensils such as the coffee machine. It also has a cabinet with doors and shelves, window and extractor hood.

Both the living room and the kitchen are accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The rooms are double. There are 2 that have double beds and the other 4 have single beds. All of them have TV and heating and are very illuminated by the large windows they have or because they have a door that faces the outside. The bathroom is also individual for each, and is fully equipped and with shower.

The outdoor areas are also a remarkable point. There are 2 terraces, one on each floor. The superior is ideal to enjoy the views que ofece the place and be able to take the air. The one below is very large, with room for several tables and chairs, where you can gather all the visitors to live pleasant moments, either eating, having dinner, or having a nice evening with games and drinks.

In front of this last terrace there are some beautiful gardens with plants and flowers that will welcome you as soon as you arrive at the house. On its side there are also gardens where you can find a small hut, a barbecue and picnic con umbrella.

There is also the possibility that instead of renting the whole house, choose only the rooms that you need or one of the floors of the house.

Aia is in Guipuzcoa. The northern part of Spain is famous for its green landscapes that combine sea and mountain, making it the ideal area to do natural tourism. Villages like Orio o Zarautz are within walking distance and you can enjoy their beaches if you travel the few kilometers that separate them from the accommodations (3 and 5, respectively) .

The valleys, mountains and natural parks are another opportunity to be able to enjoy the view. The Pagoeta is one of the best known and closest, do not miss the opportunity to walk around it and photograph its beautiful landscapes. Igueldo, the mount, also has a amusement park.
