Description of Hotel Casa de Caldelas
Our beautiful rural house is located in the town of or Castro de Caldelas, in the province of Orense. Perfect place, to connect with the Interior Galicia, where you are going to forget everything that has to do with the city.
The house was built during the 18th century and is cataloged Cultural Historical Heritage of Galicia. The accommodation has been restored recently, but we have maintained the essence of the old house.
We have 8 rooms double each of them 2 people.
These bedrooms are:
The community zone, has a wide living room, with 3 beautiful leather sofas, so you can rest at the time you want. The stay also has a flat screen television.
The lower plant of the hotel has a store, which has a wide variety of region products (bicas, wines, cheese, liquors, jams, honey) and a artisanal exhibition.
In the morning we have a continental breakfast service, so that you start the day with great energy.
50 meters from the hotel, the cafeteria is located of the accommodation. Here you can the famous “ lover -lover blonde ”, an artisanal elaboration, which the house has been preparing for several generations.
Come enjoy a few pleasant days with us in the Ribeira Sacra.

But if you want to enjoy wonderful views, you must visit the Ribeira Sacra. A unique charming place, which has a series of viewpoints in its tour. From them, you will appreciate magical and spectacular landscapes.
For those who passionate about skiing, we have the Manzaneda Station. In it you can practices different snow sports.
If you want to discover new places in the province of Ourense, you can visit the municipality of Monforte de Lemos, which is 40 minutes from the town. We recommend that you see the following monuments of the town.
