Hostal Doña Carmen

Charming hostel in the center of the Malaga town of Ronda, on the edge of the mountain range with the same name, in the interior of the province, just an hour's drive from the beach or the tourist city of Marbella.

This accommodation has the following room types:

• Double with 2 beds and capacity for 2 people, with sink and balcony. The beds available are individual and are separated by a nightstand.

• Double with double bed, balcony and sink. Unlike the other types, it usually has a larger floor area and a large storage volume in its built-in wardrobes.

• Single with single-size beds, exterior cabinet with large capacity and a vanity corner with sink.

The bathrooms that hostel guests can use are complete with toilet, sink and closed-format shower cabin.

All rooms will enjoy free Wi-Fi as well as half board which includes breakfast served in the medium capacity dining room on the ground floor.

The hostel has a r reception open 24 hours to welcome its guests or guide them regarding any questions that may arise regarding their stay.

Inside the property there is a small Andalusian-style patio with an ornamental fountain in the middle.

The accommodation has parking spaces that would be paid separately, which does not happen with the access of pets to the rooms, which although free should be notified in advance.

In the lower part of the villa we find the spectacular garden spaces of the Jardín del Moro, a public park declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in which different botanical species are arranged in an ornamental display that adorns the exteriors of a museum-style c handle neomudejar built at the beginning of the 20th century, in whose paying visit we will be able to visit not only its rooms, but also have access to the water mine designed during the Muslim occupation and which supplied the entire population in an ingenious civil engineering construction.

One of the three accesses to the town of Ronda would be the Puente Viejo, located on the even older Muslim bridge that is located a little further down the course of the river.

This step already saves a considerable drop, much larger than the previous one, and leads us to the beautiful Jardines de Cuenca, which offer us a pleasant and winding walk between trees with a path that ascends gently as it proposes a series of of terraces that are postulated as spectacular viewpoints both to the next farm fields of the near horizon and to the magnificent doorway of the city itself with its incredible New Bridge, which makes up the iconic image of the town.
