In the municipality of San Bartolomé, located in the center of the island of Lanzarote, there is a hotel of such overwhelming beauty that it has been declared as Historical Heritage of Lanzarote. 

Built in the 18th century in a typically Canarian style, the hotel has been completely renovated to adapt to the needs of today's life. 

With capacity for a total of 16 guests, the interior of the hotel has a total of 8 rooms:

• 6 double rooms, ideal for romantic awakenings. 

• 2 suites, for those who want to celebrate a special occasion. 

In the rooms, the past is mixed with the present, with very well-preserved antique decorative details, such as paintings, rugs or lamps. 

They have everything necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay: private bathroom, satellite television, heating and free Wi-Fi, among others. 

Exploring the common areas of the hotel, we find:

• A large living room. In this space there are 2 areas: a first living room with sofas and armchairs with ocher prints located in front of a small traditional fireplace, and a reading space with classic sofas and books for all tastes. Both areas are located under a ceiling of rustic beams and white walls, giving prominence to the decorative elements so characteristic of the hotel. 

• A restaurant. The restaurant tables are arranged under a high white ceiling, as are the walls, which together with the large windows that surround it illuminate the space with light. The restaurant is a space open to nature, with numerous plants that remind us of the environment in which we find ourselves. Crossing a small arch you will reach a bar, for more private talks. 

• Aninner courtyard. Through some of the rooms you can access a patio surrounded by grass at half height that reminds us of the interiors of the most emblematic castles. 

• A garden with a solarium. The soil of the garden is made up of volcanic stones and black sand, you will not find another like it. In it you will find the most characteristic plants of Lanzarote, such as cacti or aloes. The garden has several sun loungers and hammocks perfect for sunbathing, although if you prefer you can also take shelter in the shade under the tall palm trees.

Immersed in a property of around 10,000 square meters, the hotel garden contains a great variety of endemic species of the island: cardons, lichens, Canary Islands palms, ficuses, cacti... there is something for all tastes. 

In addition, the municipality of San Bartolomé borders to the west with the Guaticea mountain, and to the east with the Mina mountain.
