Villanueva Rural - Roblemocho

Our rural home, located in the small town ofVillanueva de Ávila, belonging toCastilla y León, awaits you full of tranquility and beauty thanks to its small population and wonderful surroundings.

The façade, with 2 floors, is built in a cream tone broken by the wood that runs through it, creating typical figures of the area and creating harmony between it and the environment, in the same way as the garden, in which we have a pool fenced for the safety of the little ones and accompanied by a furnished porch and complete with a wonderful barbecue.

With a maximum capacity for 10 people, the rooms of the house are distributed as follows:
 

• A room  in which the main areas of the house are united, such as the living room, decorated with sofas in front of the fireplace, built in stone, which fits perfectly with the wood of the beams.

• Adining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances that you may need, and open to the rest of the room.

• 5 bedrooms, with single beds, having a minimalist decoration in white, giving the importance it deserves to the wood of both the furniture and the beams that cross the ceilings.

• 2 full bathrooms.

This rural home is located in the small Castilian municipality of Villanueva de Ávila, with a population that does not exceed 250 inhabitants, managing to maintain an atmosphere of tranquility and rest, ideal for the type of getaway you are looking for.

In the town you can take a walk while you observe the old-built houses You can also get close to the natural pools, created by the Navalayegua Stream.

As for the nature that surrounds us, you are invited to enjoy the landscapes offered by the Valle del Alberche, watered by the waters of the river with the same name, landscapes that you can also admire from the Arco and Morisco bridges.
