Description of Villa Alicia
Ruesga is a Cantabrian town in the region of Asón-Agüera in the heart of the Matienzo Valley. Our rural house is located in this green and privileged environment.
Our accommodation has 2 floors and is rented in its entirety, offering space for 15 people (adults and children). It has the following rooms:

- A suite with private bathroom and dressing room. It is a room with an oak wood ceiling and upholstered walls.
- 3 rooms with double bed. All of them with a window to the outside and various auxiliary furniture such as bedside table, armchair, cabinets, etc.
- A room with 2 single beds, is a room with all kinds of elegant decorative elements and auxiliary furniture where we can store our belongings.
- A room with 5 beds, 4 of them are bunk beds and a single bed on one side.
- 3 bathrooms with shower. All very bright and with an elegant and simple finish.
- A dining room with a large wooden table with several chairs. It has some windows that overlook the garden and fill this room with light. In this room we have a shelf with a collection of books and films, a bar to give atmosphere, access to the heated pool. The living room has several sofas in different spaces.
- A kitchen with an island in the middle, a dining table with several tables and chairs. Various appliances that will make our stay and food more comfortable.
- Large garden of 2000 m², ideal for taking quiet walks.
- Covered and heated swimming pool, suitable for swimming all year round, completely private and with double access from the living room and from the garden.

Ruesga is a town of scarce 1000 inhabitants. It is a town near the sea and in the eastern part of Cantabria, next to the border with the Basque Country. Several rivers flow here such as Asón, which can be seen from our establishment, so we recommend l to practice hiking and cycling this recondite point of Cantabria.
This area has heritage that has been declared as Asset of Cultural Interest such as the Cueva de El Patatal, Cueva de Cofresnedo or the Cueva de Los Emboscados. In addition, the palaces of los Valles and that of Bárcena, have the title of Well inventoried.
For the more animated, this municipality also offers several festivals and pilgrimages among which the Fiesta de la Virgen de los Milagros (patron saint of the town) stands out.
