Description of La Casona Lebaniega
This beautiful and spectacular house is located in the small town of Lomeña, in the community of Cantabria. This old house of traditional mountain architecture, is rented in full . Formerly it was a country house that belonged to the famous Monastery family, back in the 19th century.
It is built from oak wood from the Picos de Europa, thick stone walls and hand carved exposed beams. Initially it can accommodate 8 people, although it could accommodate a total of 14 guests. It is located in an ideal enclave for nature lovers. In its 4 floors we can find:

- A entrance with original slab floor, which was once used as a place to preserve wine and cereals, today keeps the house cool. This room is decorated with exquisite and taste, where highlights rustic details like the old barrels, which already came with the house.
- Kitchen with living-dining room, where the old trébede stands out, a tripod shaped tool that was previously used in the rural areas of Liébana for cooking .
- On the first floor we find the first 2 rooms with double bed, one of them with private bathroom. And a third single room with single bed where we will find an area of laundry that the guest can use.
- On this floor we also have a bathroom of common use and a library, also common.
- On the second floor we have 2 rooms with double bed, another single with single bed and another room with 2 single beds.
- The second bathroom commonly used by all guests.
- On this floor we also have a large lounge with several sofas and axuiliary furniture, from which there are incredible views of the surrounding Valley.
- On the third floor we will find the last of the rooms, in this case double with a double bed that has bathroom with shower and TV room.
- In the exterior we can enjoy a large garden with lawn, very intimate, where you can enjoy the sun or a good meal. Here we have at our disposal several garden furniture, where you can admire the unparalleled views of the valley that we will have from here.
- We also have a barbecue as it works firewood, which you can find in the house, courtesy of the hosts.
