This rural house awaits you in Nieva, a small municipality in the province of Segovia.

With capacity for 16 and up to a maximum of 20 guests, the accommodation is divided into 2 floors exactly the same in terms of features, and where you will have all kinds of comforts.

The house welcomes you with a large garden, divided in 2 by a path that will take you to the main door of the accommodation. The property is presented to us in a façade with a stone base and an exterior staircase with access to the upper floor.

As we noted previously, the house is divided into 2 floors with the following features:

• 8 bedrooms: all of them doubles, which we find either with a double bed or 2 single beds. Spacious, each one defined by a color and with complete furniture.

• 2 large living room - dining room: without a doubt the largest rooms in the house, where chairs and sofas congregate in front of the plasma television. A little further on, you have a long table where you can meet at each meal.

• 2 kitchens: with all the necessary appliances so you can prepare your best recipes. Functional design from countertop.

• 4 bathrooms: with all the necessary utensils, see towels, sink and shower.

Finally, the house has a large exterior on its front side, defined as follows:

• Garden: completely covered with grass.

• Barbecue: so you can prepare your best barbecues.

• Garden furniture: to be able to enjoy the barbecue outdoors.

• Pool: ideal for cooling off in the summer.

• For 16 guests, the house by default will have the following distribution.
• 4 rooms with double bed
• 4 rooms with 2 beds of 90cm each.
• For each additional place booked up to the maximum of 20 guests, we will add an extra bed.

Nieva is a small municipality sheltered by the historic Segovia.

With just over 300 inhabitants, the town is marked by the architecture of its Castilian-style houses. Surrounded bynature, Nieva invites you to disconnect away from the crowds of the city.

On the other hand, its geographical position invites you to visit other points of interest within the province, such as:

• Coca: its medieval castle, the most imposing in Segovia.

• La Granja de San Ildefonso: the Palace with its spectacular gardens is a must-see.

• Segovia: prominent role for the aqueduct, the cathedral and the gastronomic routes.
