Located in a clearly rural and full of peace and tranquility environment is this single -family house. Specifically, it is located in Villaviciosa, within the wonderful Asturias, offering a natural getaway and full of rest and peace.

It is distributed in 2 plants, thus accommodating the 7 people and with all the necessary comforts. In the plant below we find ourselves:

• The lounge, which is composed of a pair of saddle and the sofa, making a table small wooden assistant. It is a very wide space that invites conversation and being in company in leisure and rest times.

• The dining room, which also located in a very wide and shared space, is based on a dining table for 6 diners. The window brings a lot of light and space to the room, highlighting its bright colors.

• The cuisine is the star piece of the plant below, endowed with a long countertop in L that is equipped with all the appliances, furniture and utensils that are needed for day to day. In addition, the furniture is of a rustic and white wood. 

• We also find a clean fully equipped for personal hygiene.

On the first floor is the rest zone.

• We find the 3 double bedrooms; one with marriage bed and the remaining ones with individual beds. The rooms are characterized by having abuhardillad roofs and being quite luminous. In addition, the radiator gives heat especially in the coldest days of winter.

• There is also a bathroom complete and separated in 2 environments: on the one hand the shower and on the other hand the toilet and the sink. You are endowed with household and towels to complete personal toilet.

The main environment that surrounds the accommodation is all mountain and meadows, so the activities that can be carried out have a lot that see with the nature and the rural environment.

• Those who like the sport, the mountain bike s and lend without any difficulty for you to travel the environment.

• Those who like to download adrenaline can make flight in paraglide or decreases in kayak by the river.

• You can visit the different villages adjoining and discovering other locations and other type of culture and traditions: Gijón, Oviedo, Colunga...

• The natural parks are the perfect option to go spend the day with your family and the little ones, where you can wonder with the amount of vegetation and fauna that are available.
