We invite you to a very special and unique rural area. It is located in south-west of France, in the magnificent department of Dordogne there where you will live a rural experience in the colors of the oak forests of Périgord and the scents of the damp earth of the valleys.
Our accommodation is located 12 km from Sarlat in full countryside of Périgord Noir in a domain of 1000 m² composed of 10 rural houses high standing classified 2 and 4 stars.
This is a 50 m² gite at the back of the barn of the property and contains a beautiful terrace furnished with table, chairs and a parasol which opens onto the beautiful views of the estate and hills in front without vis-à-vis.
The gîte is located on the floor and offers a very comfortable and pleasant stay in a interior space consisting of:
We put at your disposal a large panoramic swimming pool which is located near the accommodation and surrounded by lawn and deckchairs.
The estate is large and offers a great choice of walks and activities.

- On the mezzanine, we find 2 charming bedrooms with exposed stones and a simple and elegant decoration, 1 bedroom with 1 large double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
- A very nice bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets is at your disposal.
