Our accommodation is located within the province of Cantabria, where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts in the town of Matamorosa.
It is a traditional home but has been renovated, in which you will find rest spaces, designed to make you feel at home, and others for leisure.
Inside, the house is divided into 2 floors in which will be able to stay up to a maximum of 15 people, with the following rooms:

Inside, the house is divided into 2 floors in which will be able to stay up to a maximum of 15 people, with the following rooms:
- A spacious dining room, in which we have on one side the wooden table, with its set of chairs to eat together, and just in front, a set of upholstered armchairs, which mix the modern with the traditional, From those of you who are going to be able to enjoy the heat of your wood-burning fireplace, in winter we leave a basket of firewood, while you watch the plasma television.
- The kitchen also has that interesting mix of modernity and tradition, and is structured around a worktop full of appliances and kitchenware, as well as a functional dining table, next to the window.
- 5 double bedrooms, of which 3 of them have a double sofa bed, and are divided into 2 double bedrooms, and the remaining 3, each have a pair of single beds.
- 4 bathrooms of which one of them is part of a bedroom, and the other 2 that are common, have sets of towels and perfectly equipped toilets. The last is located on the ground floor, next to the laundry. All with sink soap, shower gel and shampoo.
In the outer, you will find:
- The porch with wooden table and chairs.
- Sun loungers with extra tables.
- Tables for everyone with their umbrellas.
- A landscaped space very large, with built-in barbecue. We leave charcoal and utensils to make a good barbecue.

We rented the family house of my grandparents, after a reform that was carried out between the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019 with all the love and care to preserve its essence and memories of the years lived within its walls.
We want, it is what we are looking for, that our clients spend a pleasant stay in a quiet and independent place.
We try that our accommodation does not lack anything to make it cozy and comfortable every day of your stay.
We offer a direct treatment and we are available, at any time, for when doubts or needs of our clients arise.

Our ranch is located in Matamorosa, which belongs to the municipality of Campoo de Enmedio, being in a privileged place in Cantabria because we have Reinosa 4 minutes away.
In Nestares we have the Golf Course at 7 minutes, the source of the Ebro in Fontibre at 7 minutes, the Alto Campoo Ski Resort at 20 minutes, the Ebro reservoir at 15 minutes, the Cabárcenoa Park at 25 minutes and the coastal area and beaches of Cantabria between 40 and 55 minutes. We have an enviable RURAL environment with unforgettable areas such as Valderredible, Campoo de Suso, Campoo de Yuso and Campoo de Enmedio to visit. The stay in our house is complete, having everything you need for those days you need to spend with family and friends.

From our accommodation you can look for days of mountain tourism, visiting Romanesque and historical monuments, go spend a day to see wild animals in an ideal environment for their development in Cabárceno or a splendid day at the beach in Santantander, Suances, Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera or Laredo.....
