Description of Real 110+2
Our accommodation is located within the province of Cantabria, where you will be able to enjoy the best amenities in the town of Matamorosa.
It is atraditional home that has been renovated, where you will find spaces for rest, designed to make you feel at home, and others for leisure.
Inside, the house is spread over 2 floors where up to a maximum of 15 people can be accommodated, with the following rooms:
- A large dining room, in which we have on one side the wooden table with its set of chairs to eat all together, and just in front, a set of upholstered armchairs, which mix the modern with the traditional, from which you will be able to enjoy the heat of its wood-burning fireplace, in winter we leave a basket of firewood, while you watch television plasma.
- The kitchen also has that interesting mix of modernity and tradition, and is structured around a countertop full of appliances and kitchenware, as well as a functional dining table next to the window.
- 5 double bedrooms, of which 3 of them have a double sofa bed, and are divided into 2 double bedrooms, and the 3 that remain each have a pair of single beds.
- 4 bathrooms of which one of them is part of a bedroom, and the other 2 that are common, have sets of towels and perfectly equipped toilets. The last one is located on the ground floor, next to the laundry room. All with soap, sinks, shower gel and shampoo.
On the exterior, you will find:
- The porch with wooden table and chairs.
- Sun loungers for sunbathing with extra tables.
- Tables for everyone with their umbrellas.
- A very large garden space, with a built-in barbecue. We leave charcoal and utensils to make a good barbecue.

We rent the family home of my grandparents, after a reform that was made between the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019 with all the love and care to preserve its essence and memories of the years lived between its walls.
We want, it is what we are looking for, that our customers spend a pleasant stay in a quiet and independent place.
We try that in our accommodation nothing is missing to be cozy and comfortable every day that your stay lasts.
We offer a direct treatment and we are available, at any time, by the time doubts or needs of our customers arise.
Our stay is located in Matamorosa that belongs to the municipality of Campoo de Enmedio, being in a privileged place in Cantabria because we have 4 minutes.
In Nestares we have the 7 -minute golf course, the birth of the Ebro in Fontibre at 7 minutes, the high -schi -skiing station at 20 minutes, the Ebro swamp at 15 minutes, the 25 -minute lodge park and the coastal area and beaches of Cantabria between 40 and 55 minutes.
We have an enviable rural environment with areas such as Valderredible, Campoo de Suso, Campoo de Yuso and Campoo de Enmedio unforgettable to visit.
The stay of our house is complete having everything necessary for those necessary days to be with family and friends.

Our accommodation is located in Matamorosa, which belongs to Campoo de Enmedio, it is an area of Cantabria that you will love to spend your next vacation.
It is a space with charm, quiet and full of comforts, where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility that reigns in its surroundings.
We have a set ofhiking and mountain routes with which you will be able to get to know each of its natural spaces in depth, with the typical green fields of Cantabria. We advise you upon your arrival and we are always at your disposal for whatever you need during your stay.
In winter, if you like to practice snow sports, we have the Alto Campoo Ski Resort 30 minutes away. We will indicate the School where you can take your first classes or rent any ski equipment.
5 minutes away is the Golf Course - Nestares Golf and 10 minutes away is the town of Fontibre, which is where the Ebro originates. A must-visit place for visitors to Cantabria.
