The comfortable rural house is located at El Barraco, a small town in the southeast of Ávila. In the middle of nature, it is the perfect place if you want to get away and rest a few days with your family, your partner or your friends.

It has a capacity for 4 people, but you have the possibility to add 2 additional beds without problems. You have the opportunity to rent it entirely the days you want, and it includes:

• A very spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboards to store utensils and crockery, and modern appliances that will make it easier for you to cook.

• A living room with a large table, comfortable sofas, a TV, and the best: a chimney with stone coating that makes the space a totally cozy place.

• 2 bedrooms: one of them has a XX the other, with 2 single beds that you can put together if you need it. We will provide you bedding so you will not worry about having to bring it.

• A bathroom complete with whirlpool tub so you can relax and rest as you deserve. We will also provide you with bathroom materials, such as towels, soap, etc.

• Very large garden with swings for your children to play or in which you can make fun parties with friends.

• A perfectly maintained pool in which you can bathe in the open air with peace of mind.

• Garden furniture as a pergola, large table, chairs, barbecue, etc.

You can bring your mascostas if you have, and also have heating in winter, so that your stay is complete and you do not miss anything.

With a rustic decor but with all the amenities you have in the city, this house is perfect to forget your worries and enjoy nature.

La Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Gothic style is located very close to City Hall, in the center of town. Built with granite, it has a fascinating interior, with high ceilings and beautiful religious figures.
