It has capacity for 14 people maximum, and inside, you will find the following rooms, all distributed in different plants:

- 2 living rooms and dining rooms, which are next to the kitchen and that has a armchair in what to accommodate to watch the Plasma Television. In addition, there are dining tables, with their set of chairs around you can eat quietly.
- 7 broad bedrooms, which have the best comforts, and that are distributed so that 6 of them have a wide marriage bed, while the one who remains, has two individual beds. They are very wide and pleasant spaces to rest.
