Description of O Candil de Santa Ana
This rural house is located in the quiet town of Puentecaledas, in the immediate vicinity of the Galician province of Pontevera. Between green meadows and family urbanizations, our rural house rises, a typical Galician stone house, with 2 spacious floors where we can enjoy all the comforts offered by a cottage of this type. It is distributed in:
- 4 double rooms. All of them very spacious, with capacity for 2 people each. It has private bathroom, bed for 2 people either a large double bed or 2 single beds, that will depend on the type of room, built-in wardrobe, heating, night tables, desks, retro lamps, cushions and blankets Quilt type. They also have windows to the outside, one of them with views of the garden, another of the rooms with an own balcony. The bathrooms, very spacious, have everything you need to make the guest feel at home.
- Living room with fireplace: with a 2 large sofas, the X2 flat screen TV is located in front, a beautiful side table on the sides of these sofas, where a vintage lamp is located. In a corner another lamp, is standing and a coffee table with a classic style carpet under it. Next to the fireplace are wicker baskets with firewood in them for use for fire and an antique display case with decorative elements.
- A modern kitchen that preserves conservative touches on the stone walls and furniture. In this room we find an island with armchairs where you can have a snack. In the rest of the kitchen we have all kinds of appliances such as: fridge, oven, dishwasher, extractor, stove and a table with 6 chairs for when we want to taste the exquisite breakfast offered by the owners.
- Porch with roof and 4 columns with an outdoor table with 6 chairs to relax in soft Galician summer afternoons.
- A garden area with lawn, which is accessed from the porch stairs, where we find a playground with swings and a slide. In this area, in addition, there is a small picnic table with garden chairs and an umbrella.
- A detachable garden pool, so that the little ones, and the not-so-small ones, can enjoy on summer days. The whole garden is surrounded by a flirtatious fence of meshes.
