Description of Los Secaderos
Our accommodation is within the province of Ávila, at the term of Candeleda from home you will enjoy the best views of the Sierra de Gredos.
This is a country house in an environment of full nature where they can take great walks without taking the car.
The house, which rises on 2 floors and was an old dryer, has the perfect capacity for 6 people, although it can be expand in 4 seats more, until the maximum of 10 guests.
It has the following rooms:
- a large lounge on the ground floor, of high ceilings and diaphanous space, which distributes a set of sofas that look towards the firewood fireplace that is in the front, and that has next to it the television.
- the dining area is located just behind, and has a wooden table next to a firewood stove, and perfectly communicated with the kitchen.
- the kitchen is Office Type, it has shape of U and consists of a set of appliances, household and tableware to be able to make your favorite recipes without problems.
- 3 bedrooms of which the ground floor has a couple of individuals, conception of bathroom. The second room is up and has other 2 individual beds with a bathroom.
- Attached to the main building there is another building, an old renovated paprika dryer consisting of a room with capacity for 4 people, 2 in individual beds and the other two in bunk. It also has a private cleaning.
Already in the external areas, we find:
- A wide garden with a pool and a good treeboat
- A barbecue to cook outdoors.
- swing zone for children.

I am an economist, I am retired, I live with my wife named Filomena. We have lived for 5 years all year in a house 50 meters from the accommodation. My wife likes kitchen and garden, I dedicate myself more to garden and maintenance.
We both played golf and give walks through the field, we have many friends in the area and enjoy rural life.
The accommodation is magnificent to relax the stress of the cities, to enjoy a weekend with the family or with friends giving great walks through the field without taking the car.

By the surroundings you can make good excursions visiting the towns of La Vera that are very famous for their typism.
Less than 3 kilometers is the Sierra de Gredos with all its possibilities of Treking, as well as in summer to disfuture a good bath in the poces of its throats.

Our accommodation is found in the Candeleda area to the south of the Sierra de Gredos where you enjoy a very pleasant microclimate that is a quiet and pleasant population that belongs to the province of Ávila.
Leaving the house walking you are in an environment of 80 hectares with good paths to make large walks in a forest of holm oaks, oaks and junctions.
