Surrounded by the most attractive landscapes of the Asturian nature, we find a cozy country house with more than 100 years of story to tell.
It is located in the village of Sevares, next to a river that will put the musical thread during your getaway. It was built in the 19th century, using stone and wood as its main materials.
The house is divided into 2 levels: the owners reside in the upper part, while the X2 ground floor has been rehabilitated to be offered as rural accommodation.

- Living-bedroom: a romantic stay that does not lack detail. In one of the corners is the chimney, with wood for the winter; next to it, a wooden table to eat and a ; and, presiding over the stay, a double bed flanked by bedside tables and night lamps.
- Kitchen: the perfect mix between the past and the present. From the past, the thick walls and wood of the roof are preserved; the present, it makes its way through its electrical appliances (washing machine, ceramic hob, coffee machine ...).
- Bathroom: decorated by and for relaxation. It is equipped with a shower with screen, inode and washbasin as basic elements, and mirror and towels among the courtesy items.
- Terrace with furniture and barbecue: a corner for you alone where to enjoy outdoor banquets and sunsets.
- Garden, surrounded by colorful flowers and trees from which hang some swings.
- Sauna: a place designed to completely get rid of stress and relax your body and mind.
