Casa de Aldea El Boje

In the peaceful Ayones village (located in the Council of Valdés, in the Principality of Asturias ), we find a house with a long history to tell. 

The house is restored and equipped with the maximum comfort, but in its remodeling the essence of the rural world has been respected, giving rise to cozy spaces that fall in love.

The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 6 people and, in addition, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. 

On the Ground Floor, you will find:

• lounge-cocina: The perfect mixture between tradition and modernity. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa located in front of a 40 " Smart TV, with DVD for the cinema; in the kitchen, metallic appliances such as the hob, the microwave, the washing machine... and daily use utensils.

• library: In this space you will find a chaise longue sofa that can become a bed to take a nap. It has a bookstore with several books, as well as a wood stove for winter, board games for all tastes, and a furniture-bar.

• adapted room: It has a marriage bed 135 cm, located in front of a TV plasma. For clothes, you will have a sliding door closet and, for personal hygiene, with a adapted bathroom, with shower at ground level.

Going up to the first floor, you will access:

• marriage room: It has a double bed of 150 cm, accompanied by a couple of night tables and luggage amario. In front of the bed, there is a 32 " tv so you can put a movie before bed.

• double room: You will find 2 beds 105 cm, with rustic wooden furniture. Among the details of the decoration, highlights the beautiful writing machine of the desktop. 

• bathroom: It is equipped with a shower with semi -signing screen, as well as with toilet and sink. Among the toilet items, you will find a broad mirror, towels and dryer. 

Outside, we have built a beautiful covered porch, with lamps that illuminate it at dusk. Under this, you will find a chestnut table with 8 chairs.

The house is located in a Pefect Enclave to disconnect, stop time, and observe nature: between the rich fauna of the area, foxes, deer, and hares abound; Among the flora, the Castaños and the Robles stand out, in addition to other repopulated species such as eucalyptus.

We are only 25 minutes from Luarca, the capital of Valdés: a marine village in which boredom has no place. Among the places of interest, they stand out:

• The fishing port, a whole emblem of the town.

• The beaches, with golden sands bathed by the Cantabrian.

• The lighthouse, built in the mid -nineteenth century.

• The Palacio del Marqués de Ferrera, a monument built between the 15th and 17th century.
