The third room has a family character that can accommodate a large family. It is composed of a secure mezzanine for children over 6 years old and a parental space. This space includes a double bed located between two small nightstands that carry a lamp each. On one side there are two large blinded windows that have a driver each in addition to a mirror attached to the wall. On the other hand, there is a large wooden wardrobe and other two single beds. In front, there is a living area with a small desk and two comfortable chairs. The mezzanine includes other two single beds for children. The bathroom is private and has a double basin with a mirror and the separate toilets.

Saint-Saturnin-du-Bois is a rural town and is part of the Sugères attraction area. It is also part of the Aunis Sud community of communes and it is an archaeological site of a Gallo-Roman city. Saint-Georges-du-Bois has the historical particularity of being at the origin of the movement of dairy cooperation in Aunis under the impetus of a wise breeder and is located in the canton of Surgères and is bordering the canton of Run through the town of Benon with which it shares part of the Benon forest.
