La Terraza de Onís

Our rural house is located in Onís, a town corresponding to the autonomous community of Asturias. With capacity for 8 people, this residence offers unbeatable accommodation thanks to the multiple amenities it has.

Structured on 2 floors, this residence can be detailed on the ground floor as follows:

• A living room with a wood-burning fireplace to temper this area of the house while watching a series on television.

• A kitchen provided with all types of appliances such as a ceramic hob to season the food to be consumed or an oven to make tasty roast meat or fish.

For their part, and through stairs, the resident will be able to access the following rooms located in the upper part of the home:

• 4 bedrooms with double beds with views of the exterior of the house and television.

• 4 private toilets in each room of the home with household utensils such as a shower or towels.

Finally, in the exterior strip of the house we can find:

• A garden area with a small terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views of the Principality.

• Abarbecue where you can prepare tasty grilled meat from the region.

• A private parking area at the house with capacity for 3 cars.

In addition, it should be noted that this accommodation offers trekking activity with qualified instructors who will take you along the most impressive routes of the Picos de Europa. At a distance close to 100 kilometers from Oviedo, Onís is a town hall with a demographic of close to 770 inhabitants according to the last available census from 2014.

With atopography divided in 2 by the Güeña River, from a tourist point of view its lands are perfect for practicing any sport that is related to nature.

Although itsvaried vegetation and fauna stands out, this town offers arich artistic heritage such as the Sirviella tower or the church of Santa Eulalia de Benia.

Finally, from the point of view of popular festivities, the city council offers different events to soak up the culture of the Principality, such as the festival of San José or Santa Marina.
