La Nave de Gredos

This rural accommodation, described in this sheet, is located in the province of Ávila, specifically in the small town of Burgohondo, which with its spectacular and majestic nature and its small and lively population, will leave us wanting to repeat the experience.

The rural house is surrounded by tall hedges, which it uses as a dividing line between the plot and the wonderful views we have.

It is a totally private property, so you can enjoy your vacation without any disturbances of any kind. It is also fenced and is located a few meters from the town center.
The façade, with 2 floors, is built in exposed stone, combining perfectly with the surroundings and giving it a rustic atmosphere, which surely catches our eyes at first sight.

With a maximum capacity of 22 people, and all kinds of comforts that will make you feel at home.

Theground floordistributes:

• A spacious kitchen and completely equipped with all the gadgets that you may miss, accompanied by several tables and chairs, having space for all of you.

• A living room of about 45 square meters, in which the 4 sofas are distributed surrounding a plasma television and a fireplace-barbecue, ideal for both quiet and more lively meetings.

• 2 bedrooms which are distributed so that one of them is for 3 people, and the other is double, with a double bed.

• A complete bathroom, in which you will find all kinds of elements for your comfort, such as the towel sets, or the toilet paper among others.

The upper floor, for its part, has:

• 6 rooms that are divided into 2 quite spacious quadruples; a third triple, with a bathroom and 3 more double rooms, 2 of which are connected, in case you want to enjoy tourism as a family.

You won't have to worry about anything, whatever season you travel, you will have the best temperature, since it has heating and air conditioning.

On the exterior, the house has:

• Agarden area of about 1,000 square meters, where thefenced pool is located for the safety of the little ones in the house.

• It also has a covered terrace, for the worst weather days, with enough space for all guests, tables to eat at and a covered barbecue that communicates with the interior kitchen.

• A parking space.

This rural home is located in the municipality of Burgohondo, belonging to the province of Ávila, with a population of approximately 1,200 inhabitants, having the perfect mix between rest and movement.

The town offers countless places where we can soak up history and architecture, visible in buildings such as the Abbey or the Hermitages of San Roque and the Jews, each of them having a main dish that will leave us speechless.

Once you have visited Burgohondo and have tasted its gastronomy, you can plan a getaway to one of its many natural enclaves, to be able to enjoy the fresh air and the wonderful views that they leave us, such as the Alto Alberche Valley, through which the river with the same name crosses or the Embalse del Burguillo, in fullSierra de Hoyocasero.
