This charming home is located in Burgohondo, a municipality located in the province of Avila where you will enjoy the natural beauty of the Sierra de Gredos.
It is a perfect destination to combine the tranquility of nature with the proximity to the city, since it is located at 37 km from Ávila and just 116 km from Madrid.
The house is prepared for large groups, being able to host a maximum of 10 people. Its interior is distributed in the following rooms:

The house is prepared for large groups, being able to host a maximum of 10 people. Its interior is distributed in the following rooms:
- Living room. It is simply decorated without losing sight of functionality. Next to the fireplace you will find a flat screen TV, which you can see from comfortable sofas with cushions. The dining table is placed next to the window, taking advantage of the daylight hours by day.
- Kitchen independent. The furniture and kitchen cupboards are distributed in an "L" shape, leaving enough space for you to move freely. Among the appliances, you will find washing machine to do the laundry, and microwave for the fast dishes.
- 5 Bedrooms, distributed as follows: 3 are matrimonial, one is triple (with 3 single beds), and the last one is individual. They are bright and quite spacious, and in all of them you will find both bed linen and towels for the toilet.
- 2 Full Bathrooms. They have the basic equipment for cleaning but, in addition, you can immerse yourself in sparkling and relaxing baths in the jacuzzi, and enjoy the jets on your back in the shower with hydromassage column.
- 2 Terraces, one located in the back and another, in the front. You will count with garden furniture, as well as with a wood oven and a X to prepare your favorite dishes
