Description of La Casa del Agua
Our accommodation is an old fisherman's house located in the famous Old Town of Altea (Alicante), just 100 meters from the sea, in one of the best locations in town.
Each of the apartments has been lovingly restored, preserving its Mediterranean essence and with all the comforts so that you can relax, disconnect and enjoy everything that Altea, considered one of the most beautiful in Spain, has to offer you.
There are 2 independent accommodations which you will find within the same house, with a capacity of for a maximum of 6 people.
The Casa del Agua de Arriba has capacity for 4 people , and has the following rooms:
La Casa del Agua de Abajo is an old shipyard transformed into a super romantic loft , for a maximum of 2 people , where you will find:

- A large kitchen , open to the dining room, with a U-shaped wooden countertop, equipped with the appliances and utensils necessary so that you can cook like at home.
- A dining area and an adjoining living room where you can lounge in the comfortable armchairs, relax and chat or simply watch a movie on the smart TV.
- 2 spacious and bright bedrooms that have 150 cm bed, spacious closets and, in one of them, there is a balcony with a table and two chairs perfect for a romantic moment.
- A complete bathroom and a toilet, with towels, gel and shampoo.
- A chill-out, for that little bit you need for yourself.
- And the star of the apartment: a private garden.
La Casa del Agua de Abajo is an old shipyard transformed into a super romantic loft , for a maximum of 2 people , where you will find:
- An open kitchen al the cute nightstand for two that is the dining table and that you can also use to work comfortably with your laptop. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances and kitchenware.
- A living room at the entrance, with a comfortable sofa and a connecting bedroom, with double bed and white lacquered wooden headboard.
- Finally, a complete bathroom in which we have a large area of shower and a set of towels.
