We present you this beautiful accommodation that is located in the Comarca de la Moraña, in the Avila municipality of Sanchidrián, being a quiet little town with all services, but surrounded by extensive cereal fields.
It is a rural house completely renovated, but without losing its essence, and with a capacity to accommodate up to six people.

Spread over a single ground floor, at street level, we detail their rooms:
- The living room: a cozy and modern space, with a simple decoration, which has a sofa convertible into a bed located in front of a nice piece of furniture that holds the television. Within this space you will also find the dining table, along with several chairs of the same style.
- The kitchen: very spacious and bright , with modern white furniture and perfectly equipped , both with appliances and kitchenware and utensils, which you can use freely during your stay. It also includes a functional table with a couple of chairs and television.
- The patio: with access from the kitchen, it also has direct access to the street, equipping itself with garden furniture and a mobile barbecue where you can cook delicious barbecues together with your family.
- The bedrooms: consist of two double rooms, which in both cases have double bed, as well as a practical coat rack and television.
- The bathroom: the house has a single bathroom complete that has a large shower cabin, in addition to including a set of towels.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in all accommodation.
