Our accommodation is part of the population of Arenas de San Pedro, that belongs to the province of Ávila.
It is a house that is in the middle of the urban center, and in which our guests will be able to enjoy all the comforts of a fully equipped house, feeling at home.
It has several plants and a maximum group of 10 people has been thought for, distributing in the interiors the following rooms that favor comfort:
- a very pleasant dining room in which on the one hand we have a sofa set (one of them bed) that are oriented towards the main furniture in which we have the television ; and on the other, a wide wooden table with its set of chairs.
- a kitchen very comfortable with gas plate and large -dimension electric oven (90cm) that communicates with the living room. as well as the utensil that is distributed among the cabinets.
- 2 bathrooms complete on the first floor and a grooming on the ground floor.
- 3 bedrooms marriage, one of them that is the main , with bathroom. Other 2 simple and 1 double bedrooms. All of them with bedding and towels
And abroad:
- a very pleasant terrace with tables and chairs in forge.
- a cozy patio.

Our accommodation is within the province of Ávila, in which we find the town of Arenas de San Pedro.
It is a very pleasant space in which our visitors can enjoy the most of the heritage that is distributed inside the urban area, as of the area where nature is more pure. In this way, the 2 slopes of rural tourism that will make you know each of the spaces well thoroughly are created.
As for the natural part, we find the r hiking and mountain utas, walking through the paths that show the endemic vegetation there are.
