Our house is located in Alborache, a municipality of Valencia that in 2015 barely had 1200 inhabitants and that had great importance during Muslim domination. 

The house, with capacity for 23 people, is rented in full and consists of:

• fully equipped kitchen with appliances that you can need to cook as if you are in your own home. Accounts with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and overthroperamic, so you will only have to worry about making the purchase and think about what dish surprise your guests.

• dining room with several tables to eat so that you can gather in small groups and disruption of a more intimate and pleasant meal. 

• living room with a very comfortable sofas in which you can see the television or resume the pleasure of reading. It is a very wide and luminous room that will become one of the meeting points of the house. 

• 3 double bedrooms with marriage bed fully furnished with night tables and cabinets.

• A triple room with marriage bed plus a individual bed, ideal for couples with a child. 

• A room for 6, with 2 literas and 2 individual beds. A perfect solution for groups of friends. 

• A room for 8 people, with 2 bunk beds and 4 individual beds. In this room you will also find a table to eat something between hours or work with the computer.

• 2 full bathrooms with shower, bathtub shared by all rooms.  

• wide terrace from which you can contemplate a beautiful panoramic view of the area. 

In the rental price the bedding is included.

The whole house has heating so that there is always a pleasant temperature inside.

The house is located in Alborache, a town of Valencia very marked by Arab culture since it was a relevant city during the Muslim domination and, after the reconquest, was home to numerous Moorish.  

Some of the places of interest that you can visible close to our accommodation are:

• the urban area of ​​Alborache, which stands out for its growth in the nineteenth century carried out rectilinearly. 

• the church of Santiago Apostle, in Alborache. Built in the XVII Silo following the guidelines of the neoclassical style.

• Cuevas de Bicorp, the paintings found in them are one of the most important sets of rock art in the area. 

• El Salto de Chella, 25 -meter waterfall located in Río Sellent. Other places that stand out for their beauty and that are in the same space are the ruins of the power plant or the so -called "the cave that rains" or "paradise".
