Rural house in the north of the community of Madrid, bordering the Castilian-Leonese lands, specifically with the province of Segovia. Within the municipality of La Serna del Monte we can enjoy accommodation of 400 square meters, always with all the comforts.

The building is divided into 3 floors and where the rooms that make up it are distributed as follows:

• On the ground floor, there is a spacious and cozy hall with wooden furniture, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and a dining room with the capacity to accommodate 26 guests thanks to its 50 square meters. From there you can reach the patio with its barbecue and a wood oven. This apartment is completed with 2 bathrooms, one of them integrated in a bedroom.

• On the first floor are the rest of the attic rooms, 6 in total, each with its individual and complete bathroom and a closet to store suitcases and clothes. The beds can be single or double.

• On the -1 floor, leisure is guaranteed thanks to the pool table or the ping pong table. You can also play darts on the dartboard, enjoy a game of chess or put your voice to the test with karaoke. Television and home cinema will allow you to watch the best movies while the little ones are entertained with children's games.

• It has a swimming pool

La Serna del Monte is a town north of Madrid, bordering the province of Segovia and very close to Buitrago de Lozoya, the main urban center. It is located in a completely flat territory, at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama and its economic activity has gone from agriculture to livestock, almost exclusively.

With the Sierra de Guadarrama, which belongs to the Central System, so close to this town, visitors can observe very common birds of this natural enclave such as the kites.

With Segovia very close, it is possible to visit the Castilian-Leonese city to enjoy its rich architectural heritage or taste a tasty suckling pig with views of the Roman aqueduct, its most emblematic monument.
