The house, located in the interior of the province of Valencia, is a rural accommodation with capacity for 24 people, distributed in the 8 rooms and the 2 apartments. This house also has an area Spa, and a large outdoor space, where the outdoor pool, and the farmhouse of the house.
The main house of the accommodation houses a total of 8 double bedrooms, of which 1 is a junior suite. These rooms all have private bathroom, with hairdryer and hair iron; in addition to television and air conditioning. The junior suite room also has a larger capacity, ideal for small families.
Annexes to this main house, we have 2 apartments-suites, that have been thought for those who seek a greater independence e intimacy. These apartments have capacity for 2 or 4 people; and have a double bedroom and an open space with living room, dining and kitchen. In addition, these accommodations have a outdoor terrace private, with table and chairs.
Our farm has countless services and amenities. In the common outdoor space, we can find, in addition to porches and areas furnished, a large outdoor pool, next to which is a solarium area with sun loungers ; and another relax with hammocks.
We also have, inside our house, an area of Spa with whirlpool. For greater relaxation of our guests, we put at your disposal infinity of body and facial treatments; in addition to the spa area and the gym.
We also have equestrian spaces, as well as typical farm animals; to be able to learn and enjoy a fully rural environment.

Our rural house is located in the interior zone of Valencia, in the municipality of Salem. Thanks to our situation; from this accommodation you can visit both historic towns, such as beaches and natural landscapes.
Salem is a municipality that belongs to the District of Albaida. Albaida is a town that collects many monuments, both religious and civil. We can know Churches like that of the Asunción, of the XVI and XVII centuries; or the Convent of the Purísima, of the XVI. Likewise, very important civil constructions, such as the Palace of the Marquises of Albaida, located in the Plaza Mayor of the town, and which is considered part of the Historical and Artistic Heritage.
A few kilometers away, we can visit cities such as Játiva ; another locality with a long history, and infinity of monuments and historical constructions, like the Castle of gothic style constructed in the top of the municipality. Also the Collegiate is an important monument, since it was built in the sixteenth century, on an old mosque. In Játiva, we can also visit the white sand beaches.
We can enjoy, in addition to these towns with charm and history, we are next to the Marjal de Pego-Oliva Natural Park ; beautiful thanks to the dune formations that make it up. Likewise, much closer to our house, we can know what is known as the Umbria de Benicadell ; a place of beautiful natural landscapes, where you can perform many activities.
