Our accommodation is located within the province of Alicante, where you will be able to enjoy the best amenities in the area of Ciudad Quesada.
It is a charming space where you will be able to enjoy the best amenities and charming views towards the beach, and towards the golf courses that are right in front of the villa.
Regarding the capacity of the house, it is ideal for a maximum of 6 people, who will find the following rooms inside, all of them well distributed in their 135 square meters:

It is a charming space where you will be able to enjoy the best amenities and charming views towards the beach, and towards the golf courses that are right in front of the villa.
Regarding the capacity of the house, it is ideal for a maximum of 6 people, who will find the following rooms inside, all of them well distributed in their 135 square meters:
- A spacious living room in which we highlight the comfortable armchairs in black that surround a side table that gives way to a piece of furniture with the plasma television and of course, to the wood-burning fireplace, that creates a especially pleasant warm atmosphere in the winter season.
- The dining room is located in a differentiated environment and surrounded by windows with access to the outside. We have a large wooden table with chairs for everyone and at the back, a set of armchairs, to rest the food or enjoy a desktop chatting with yours.
- An elongated kitchen y connected to the living area. It has a wooden bar and a countertop where you will find the perfect equipment so that you can make all the recipes you want. We have appliances and kitchenware to spare, as well as cutlery or crockery.
- 3 spacious double bedrooms, each equipped with a large double bed, with sheets and blankets and with windows with views to the outside. They are ideal spaces to disconnect, where we find a private bathroom, with bathtub or shower, and with games of towels.
Already in the exterior, the accommodation offers:
- A terrace area in which we have the pool, with rounded shapes and hammocks around it.
- A space with stone table and chairs by the pool.
- Un large porch next to the area of the barbecue, where you can also eat.
